Grand Nail Salon Repair Policy

  1. No Refunds or Redo
    At Grand Nail Salon, we do not offer refund!
    we do not redo services for manicures or pedicures. We strive to provide top-quality service, and we are happy to assist with repairs under specific conditions.

  2. Repair Services
    We provide repairs for issues such as broken or chipped nails. However, repairs are only offered free of charge if requested within four days of your service.

  3. Time Frame
    All repairs must be completed within four days of the original service. After this period, any repairs will incur a fee.

  4. Notifying Us of Service Concerns
    If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify the front desk or your technician at the time of service or within the four-day repair window. This will ensure that we can assist you with any necessary adjustments or repairs. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a fee for any adjustments.

  5. Submitting a Repair Request
    If vou are unable to visit the salon within the four-day window, you must submit vour repair request on our website or schedule a phone appointment to arrange the repair.

  6. Conditions for Repairs
    Repairs are only available for normal wear and tear, such as a broken or chipped nail. Extensive damage or misuse of the nails may result in additional fees.
